Adam Montgomery is getting a new trial. First pretrial is next week. This was Adam Montgomery's former wife Kayla Montgomery's testimony in the first trial:

“There were at least two or three red lights while he was punching her and she was crying.” He said, “Shut the f**k up.”

As if the horrific deaths in the Clancy case were not enough, the fight for justice for Harmony begins again ONE WEEK from today.

Adam Montgomery has been returned from Virginia to a New Hampshire prison for the first pretrial conference in his retrial for Harmony’s murder.
